"Lovely hotel, very smart and clean and helpful staff, good breafsst buffet with lots of options. The pool spa area is lovely but not masive, was fine for us as we stayed off season but imagine it would get very busy peak season, shame rooftop bar was closed in november, but good views from bar on 12th floor. The very fancy shops are 5 mins away, but centre of town is more like 20-35 mins away if like me you like a walk, if not bus/metro within 5-7mins so convenient if not the closest. Good...

"The host was cooperative and tried to help correct a mess-up. The unit I booked was given to somone else and I was sent to a lower quality unit without adjusting the rate. I was also presented with additional fees which almost doubled the rent agreed to with Expedia. I don't mind paying ut wgat I object to is the lack of transparency"

"It was a great apartment and we enjoyed staying there. What isn't clear was that the address that is given is not where you might be staying and there was no signage to indicate that we should ring the bell on the first floor. A sign on the first floor door would have been very helpful. The staff were great though. Also, visitors from Canada won't have cell service and have to rely on wifi so it is impossible to call from the street corner."

"The apartment wasn't well cleaned and there were many details that were problematic. There was mold all throughout the bathroom that was easily cleaned off the tiles but they didn't bother. One of the mattresses was almost unusable. There was room for 6 adults but only one set of keys offered for everyone. The place needs a makeover.
