"Our room was large enough to fit our bags and storage space for our clothes. Air conditioning in the room was well received. The bed was comfortable and the TV had a surprising number of English language channels. The shared bathroom was large and clean. The building was a little difficult to find initially as there's no large sign outside, but with the aid of Google Maps, we found it in a few minutes. The location is a 10-min (uphill) walk to the best miradour in the city and walking...

"Conveniently located and I was able to walk to tourist areas and catch bus and trains. Breakfast is very good and staffs are friendly. Hotel is not 5 star but functional and neat."

"The staff at this property were amazing. They even got the cleaning lady to clean the mold that was in my room on the wall next to my bed which bothered me very much but they took care of it. Most people might not noticed it cause it was towards the top part of the wall."

"We were unaware that this hotel was right next to a homeless shelter. There were multiple homeless people in the streets, begging for money, panhandling, throwing garbage in the park by the church. Also ambulance sirens could be heard multiple times throughout the day and night, possibly every hour if not more."

Holiday Inn Express Lisbon Airport, an IHG Hotel

"Very comfortable with wonderful staff. We had a rental car and fortunately there was a Sixt place a short distance away so we did have to return out tpo the airports but there was a 20 euro fee - PROBABLY BALANCED by what a cab would have cost to take it back tot he airport, so I didn't mind paying it. Property has a 5 euro transfer to the airport fee which is very good."

"O hotel superou as minhas expectativas! Quarto amplo, cama confortável, vista perfeita, funcionários muito gentis e um café da manhã maravilhoso! O único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro, que apesar da pressão da água, não conseguimos manter em uma temperatura. E oscilava entre o muito quente e o frio."
