"I got what I paid for. Good service. However the king matress did need an upgrade or replacement. Sagging badly. Hotel is not new but acceptable condition. Great staff and full breakfast. Nice lobby. Had power failure in Portugal and Spain, but hotel had back in common areas which is excellent sign of service quality. "

"Room was exceptionally clean. Raises due for cleaning staff. Sheets were very high quality. Convenient to Metro station. Taxi readily available 24/7 for airport, etc. Very nice lobby. Restaurant, bar and breakfast available on site. Grocery store across the street. Good price, beat expectations!!"

"We were staying at the Tivoli for 3 days coming off a transatlantic cruise. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location, . I cannot say enough about the staff and service. The hotel’s breakfast is amazing and the other restaurants in hotel great also. But the most amazing thing was how the staff went above and beyond during the power outage that affected all of Spain and Portugal yesterday. They remained calm and helpful and served us whatever cold food they could find before it turned dark. We did have to climb 13 flights of stairs and pack in the dark with flash light before power was restored at 11:30 pm. The staff stayed overnight and still served the most amazing breakfast again this morning. All with smiles on their faces.!Wonderful hotel wonderful city and people!❤️❤️"
