"Room is comfortable, clean, and quiet; just the AC was noisy on the last night. Breakfast could be better; horrible coffee and poor dinner options. The staff is good, but don't expect a warm welcome. The location is very good."

"This hotel is located in easy walking distance from the Lisbon Oriente train station and also a quick drive to the airport. It was a basic room that was clean and quiet. Great location close to the water, Parque das Nacoes and Vasco de Gama shopping centre. Staff were very helpful and friendly."

"We were unaware that this hotel was right next to a homeless shelter. There were multiple homeless people in the streets, begging for money, panhandling, throwing garbage in the park by the church. Also ambulance sirens could be heard multiple times throughout the day and night, possibly every hour if not more."
