"Our family of 5 (kids ages of 6, 4 and 1.5 year old) absolutely loved our stay! Albertina provided us with so many thoughtful things for our stay including a crib, high chair, and a paddling pool for our infant. Albertina made sure we had everything we needed or knew where to go to get it. The place is very spacious, you get the entire farm to yourself, and our family was very sad we had to go! Hope to stay again!"

"Our stay at Moinho do Marco, also known as the windmill, was truly outstanding. A unique location with panoramic views of the ocean and Setabul surrounding areas. Staying in an old windmill, which has been lovingly restored, is a once in a lifetime experience. The host, Guadeloupe, was absolutely fantastic, very accommodating and a wealth of information about the Setabul area. We give everything about our stay a five star rating!!!!"

" Avoid Vita Portucale and this house !!!!! Our stay for 1 week was a disaster. We didn’t receive the correct address, and no one was there to greet us. The house was dirty, poorly equipped, and had multiple issues: a filthy pool, leaking faucet, unusable washing machine, ant-infested mattresses and dirty, and low water pressure, toilet was blocked for all the week. "Our group of 4 adults had a great stay at this property. While it was a tad tricky to find, Telma helped us through that and warmly greeted us at her charming property. After a quick tour and a few tips she left us with a fresh loaf of bread, some cheese, bottle of her local favorite wine and some pastries. The property was seemingly in the middle of nowhere with views over the local fields but in reality was only a few minutes from the autoroute making it a great base for exploring the area....

There was no communication from the host apart from check-in info which was instigated by me, even when he said he would be in touch. The accommodation was basic, but had everything we needed. Aircon was a big plus. However, the place lacked any comfort . One pillow per person, no cushions on the sofa (which was peeling and leaving a mess) and no where comfortable to sit outdoors...
