"Marco was friendly and explained a lot my first night there. Street is fairly busy during the day, you could use the traffic noise as an alarm clock. Room away from the front might be better. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of pastries. Comfortable bed, and good hot water in the bathroom."

"Late arrival into Florence via train so looked for a place to stay near SMN station. The B&B was abt a 5 mins walk. Self check in instructions were provided , all worked ! It was late so we were tired. Elevator is a bit old and small so if you have a lot of people or luggage it may take a few trips! Hostess was nice , did not have the optional breakfast option. "

Yes, it might be a bit dated and not a marble palace but for the price and location it was very enjoyable. The kitchenette is very useful! Super convenient near the main station and easy walk to all attractions. You are in a busy location so expect a bit of noise at peak hours but once that dies down it’s really peaceful. "A quiet older style apartment building, well located for me near Casine Park where I needed to be for several days. Host was helpful with regard to sights and tours to do. Easy walking distance to the city centre. Airconditioning in the rooms was wonderful. There was an electric jug in the communal cupboard which was great for a morning tea. Coffee machine also available."
