"Staff are above and beyond to address my request. For example one night there was a heavy rain and I couldn’t get taxi from my app, the hotel staff shelled me to get a cab quickly. "The hotel was very adequate and the location was good. The only issue we had was there was no air conditioning in the room. The window in the room was locked so we could get no air. The housekeeper brought us a fan, which helped. We were surprised when housekeeping freshen up our room on Day 2. - which we didn’t expect. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety of food.
