"Late arrival into Florence via train so looked for a place to stay near SMN station. The B&B was abt a 5 mins walk. Self check in instructions were provided , all worked ! It was late so we were tired. Elevator is a bit old and small so if you have a lot of people or luggage it may take a few trips! Hostess was nice , did not have the optional breakfast option. "

"The area was sort of "industrial." I found one very nice restaurant, the Fish Garden, but otherwise sort of a business district. That made the B&B affordable.
