"Had a room Douro river, room is clean and housekeeping perfect 5/5. Breakfast was great Isabel is amazing always with a smile. The things that need improvement, asked for quite room high floor was give 2nd floor out of 5 and on top of a restaurant with loud music. Had room service a hamburger and it was horrible. The hotel could let guest with a car in to load and unload and not let us deal with the stress of the non parking on the busy street"
