"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. WHEN I TRIED TO CANCEL CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS NOT HAPPENING, I WAS DENIED CAUSE I WAS PAST THE TIME LIMIT. THERE WERE NO CHARGES FROM THE HOTEL CAUSE THEY WERE NOT AND NEVER WERE OPEN. I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"Great hotel walking distance to multiple excellent restaurants, the Tiki Bar, Dean's South of the Border. Very clean and updated facility. Staff was very friendly. Food was excellent. Great experience all around. "
