"THERE WAS NO CHECK-IN, BECAUSE THIS PROPERTY WAS SEVERLY DAMAGED BY HURRICANE IAN. THERE SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN RESERVATIONS MADE. "Upon arrival, the house was very dirty. I had to do some cleaning that should have been completed prior to stay. The house needs a deep clean.l and major sanitation. I wiped down the counters and my cloth was black. Owner said they have had contractors in and out this cleaning is not done prior to new guests if there is a long time between stays.
