I KNEW THIS WOULD NEVER HAPPEN BUT EXPEDIA WAS UNCOOPERTIVE IN SAYING I COULD NOT CANCEL EVEN AFTER I EXPLAINED WHERE THIS HOTEL AND MANY OTHERS THEY WERE BOOKING WERE LOCATED. I...

"We were actually at a property in Venice Beach, a house with private pool. It was very nicely decorated and so comfortable. Close to everything. We had a blast."

"Everything went well with our visit. However, because the hotel was under renovation, our room wasn't perfect, but it was clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Free cookies every afternoon, along with coffee and tea, were always available. Breakfasts were good. It was in an excellent location with many stores and restaurants nearby. "
