"The home lacked 4 bunk beds which it advertised slept 15 it did not it slept 12 plus two foam toppers for a mattress for the floor. There was a few things that were broken; a board on your dock that everybody kept tripping on. The Door to the deck, would not shut properly. Some dock chairs. Going down to the dock the stairs were covered in Loose rock and pinecones which caused slipping. There was no umbrella for the dock to give a reprieve from the sun. The lawn was maintained but the flowers...

The kitchen in particular had everything that we needed, though the beds were a size smaller than advertised (doubles vs queen) which may or may not matter to you. Our kids enjoyed having other kids around. There are a lot of people and activity on this property at all times, esp in summer."
