"Poor. The ad on Trivago said £45 per night but I was overcharged for no obvious reason! I paid £56 having already paid for 4 nights on arrival... "In all my travels I have never come across a less friendly group of staff. They are useless to say the least. The place itself does not deserve to be called a hotel. The room has no phone, no air conditioning, poor curtains so the light comes in early in the Mk ring, a vacuum pump they call a hair dryer. I could go on but frankly it's not worth the effort. If you travel to Sopot avoid, avoid, avoid!!"

"Didn't spend much time there but facilities were fine for the cost. Very pleasant location and friendly staff."

"Sorry to say but the price did not reflect the condition of the place. The shower was filthy when we arrived. We had to buy our own detergents to clean it. The TV did not work. There was a problem with hot water and internet. If it hadn't been paid up front we would have left. The local area was nice of cause and the staff was helpful."

"It's a terrible little apartment Suitable for students as 2 narrow uncomfortable single beds plus a sofa bed. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my brother in law a fairly tough guy was awake most of the night. The apartment is freezing and there is no heating until the end of October! Deco is v strange too."

"The apartment was very well kept and the kitchen & bathroom were both good. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the bedroom was very small with very little room on the sides of the bed and a TV mounted on the wall so that you had to duck under it to get to the bed."
