"I arrived on 27 th for the ceck in at 1.30 pm ..hotels com sent me email that my ceck in was at 12 pm... There was a blond guy really rude ..I have been misstreated by him without no sense or reason from the first seconds I came in ...he didn't want listen to me just he wanted speak ..and in really arrogant way told me : " you have to go out as your ceck in is at 2 pm " confusing me ...I said please I am not feeling well can I please stay in the reception welcome room waiting my ceck in at 2...

The shared kitchen is full of strong smelling half full pots of food. I only stayed because it was the only place with vacancies. And now I see why it still had vacancies while everywhere else is full."
