"Hotels.com failed to mention that they charge for housekeeping. In my confirmation page, I was told that the hotel will collect 100 Zloty for cleaning fee, but it also said that housekeeping is included. That's not true. This is a decent hotel, but considering all the other options you have it is overpriced, especially since you don't get proper housekeeping, and for whatever you get (if you are lucky) you have to pay 50 Zloty. The staff was polite and nice, but the service was 2 star for a 4...

"Terrible, Terrible, Terrible. I arrived at Gdansk after midnight. I chose this hotel because it said ' 24 HOUR FRONT DESK ', I turned up after 1am to find a hotel in the middle of nowhere. Very quiet like someones farm. I parked up and dragged my luggage to the entrance to find no one present. No lights. No answer on the door bell. No answer from the telephone. "The hotel rooms differs. Comfort depends on the room size and location. There is no lift. In one of the room there was a desk but with small fridge under so it was not possoble to sit and work. The other room has separate room with desk. It was more convenient. There are not enough electricity sockets. Overall the location is perfect, breakfast good and there is more like home atmosphere as the hotel is small."
