The staff here were amazing. I arrived exhausted from the US, and faced a large dilemma. They helped me significantly. Anna, Joanne, Luca, and Wiolcho, you are the best. They have a very clean and nice hotel as well. The view from my room of the canal was beautiful. The proximity to the city sights was very good. I highly recommend staying at Hanza.

This was my 3rd visit to the Hotel Hanza, and that should tell you how much I love the hotel. The staff are great, the room is marvellous and it's a great location with great views over the river. I shall be back :-)
