"We enjoyed our stay, the apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host provided 2 swamp coolers for each bedroom which kept the apartment cool. This location is 2 blocks from the Antara mall and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Very safe area with incredible views from the apartment. "

O banheiro é bem ruim, especialmente a ducha (água quente termina em menos de 5 minutos) e há bastante ruído da construção do lado e não se pode bloquear totalmente porque a porta da área de serviço não tem porta."

I think foreigners prefer white bed linen because it purposefully shows when they are not clean I would add a small box of tissue paper and a roll of paper towel Also we prefer white towels I convinced people would be willing to pay a few more dollars for these conveniences Perhaps locals don’t care about color of linen and towels The dish washer sponge smells, it would be better to cut those in half and toss after use Those are just suggestions I liked...

"We used to live in the area of the VRBO so was wonderful to share and experience where we used to live and the location is perfect for walking to the parks, shopping, restuarants, easy inexpensive uber rides to places further out like Chipultelac Park, Coyacon, etc. Concierge was wonderful daily. It was a lot hotter than normal in Mexico City, no A/C which is pretty normal there, for travelers not used to it, the fans cooled it at night. Could use a few more fans during the hotter days though....

"We loved our stay in Polanco. The property is in a great location, has a beautiful patio overlooking the street, and has a Walmart grocery within two blocks for groceries. The three main rooms were spacious; the fourth was pretty small. No air conditioning but tons of fans and a nice breeze from the large windows. We loved that there was a 24 hour doorman and Andrea was communicative over the VRBO messenger and constantly checked in with us. Overall, great stay!"
