"This location was strongly suggested as a safe place to stay by our relative that lives in the area, and he was 100% correct. We always felt safe there! Our host was very personable and helpful and even let us check in three hours early because of our early flight (and the unit had completed the cleaning process). He had everything in the unit that we could have wanted. There were seven adults that stayed here and we loved it. We would stay there again without hesitation if we go back to visit...

"I stayed here during a canine search & rescue seminar. The photos don't do the property justice. The place is amazing. It's peacful (no freeway noise) in a gated neighborhood. It's a short 20-minute drive to stores and restaurants and closer to hiking trails. My host was gracious and helpful and supplied all the essentials plus some oranges from her trees. There's a good size fenced dog run too. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again."

"This is a very nice large sunny clean house with tons of space, tons of sunlight, beautiful location and view. It had a fish pond, a chicken coop and a large redwood tree on property. Absolutely beautiful. The one challenge is a 200-300 hike uphill to the house. There is no Parking near the house and if you have anyone with difficulty walking uphill, don't stay there."

It was great having the kitchen in the center so that I could place food on the counters for people to serve themselves. "We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The house was large and well-maintained. It is in the center of Palo Alto, so it was close to everywhere we needed to go. The hosts were very friendly, extremely helpful, and quick to respond when we couldn't figure out how to unlock the electric stove. The house had all the amenities we needed. There wasn't anything missing. We will definitely stay there the next time we are in Palo Alto, California."
