"We had a fairly large group of 12 looking to explore SF and the Bay Area. The house is located in a safe area with pretty easy access to the bay bridge, bart, costco, Oakland airport, etc. We had tons of room to spread out and everything worked out great. We had a small hitch with the door code upon checkin, but the property manager was prompt with responding despite how late it was. We loved this property and would happily use it again if visiting SF or Oakland."

"Nice house, nice view, nice location. Property manager was quick to reply when contacted. Listing inaccuracies:-No 2-to-4-person paddleboat. (Big disappointment.)-The two twin beds weren't the typical length. (My friends are both about 5'5" tall and barely fit.)- No rugs in the living room, though shown in the listing's photos. This made it quite echoey.The main reason I wouldn't rent this particular house again: Lack of privacy in the master bedroom. Its door is glass. And the open concept...

"Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home."
