"We loved this hotel for our honeymoon! The pools and beach setups are amazing- very good service from setting up chairs and serving food/drinks. The lobby bars and casino are fun at night, it’s very lively on the weekend! We ate at the beach club and Cana and really enjoyed everything we had. I agree with other reviewers that the rooms could use an update. The hotel also touts its eco friendliness but doesn’t have anywhere collecting compostable material (so they just go to the regular garbage). "

"Great location, amenities, and cleanliness. Marie takes attention to detail quite literally with everything you need on property, including cleaning supplies, personal items, comfortable bedding, and recreational equipment. One extra detail that was fun to have was a surfboard for body surfing in the waves just down the beach. Kiosks are a short drive or decent walk away. Highly recommend. "

"Great property in nice location, beautiful Isla Verde beach nearby (nicer than Condado Beach). Pool was nicer and bigger than expected. Room was new and spacious — no complaints! Only minor caution is that while they have free beach chairs to loan you, you have to carry to the beach which can be a pain. We opted to just use the beach towels on the sand to save carrying around the beach chairs in the heat. Great property despite this! "
