"Everything was wonderful "

"We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, convenient to the Ceiba Ferry, the Rainforest, San Juan and Luquillo and the easy beach access to Seven Seas was perfect. Fernando was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. House was clean and comfortable and we loved the rooftop area!"

"El Conquistador is HUGE! It is beautiful. Things I loved: The water park, Palomino Island, the swim up pool bar, the spa, the rooftop bar, the daily, varying activities-day & night. Things I did not like: Service, food took long to come. Over priced. The many areas of the resort also range in quality. We had a standard room in Las Brisas, which seems to be an older not recently renovated area of the resort. The room was clean, had a beautiful ocean view and was spacious for our family of 3. However, there was no fan or ventilation in the bathroom there was a musty smell from the towels or something/somewhere. The doors banged and many people did not respect closing the doors softly especially at night or early in the morning. Walls were thin and I could hear loud and clear/word for word conversations in the room next door so much so I thought people were standing outside our door talking and I opened the door to tell them to be quiet to discover it was the next room and I was hearing it through the walls. There was also a large chunk of the wall out outside our door on the pillar between our room and the one next door. Finally, I will add the cost of dining was over the top expensive! And the food was good, not great, and not worth the cost of what they were charging. For example a main fish dish of scallops was $68.00. A meat dish was $120.00. These are fine dining, Capital Grille prices and the quality of what we received was not equivalent to the cost. "

"Loved our stay. The 3 bed villa we stayed in was very comfortable and the resort is stunning! So many activities and pools/amenities/water park. Only complaint is that the ferry to the island should be run more frequently as on busy days there was a wait. "

"We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Camelia. The beach was walking distance, and there are some fantastic trails on the nature reserve. The house was very clean, and there were all the amenities you needed for the beach: chairs, coolers, snorkeling masks, and kayaks. Also, it’s a great location. We were able to go to the grocery store and pick up things we needed, but there is a restaurant that is walking distance, too. We did day trips to El Yunque and San Juan while staying for the week (we rented a car). I definitely would plan to stay at Villa Camelia next time I plan a trip to Puerto Rico in the Fajardo area. "

"This was an excellent home for our spring break. Stay. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do. Snorkeling at Vieques, kayaking the Bio Bay and exploring El Yunque. The house had everything we needed. The individual room air conditioners were excellent. The pool was great and the waterfall feature was very cool. My son also like hanging out on the top deck. We would definitely stay here again."
