We had a leaking toilet, both shower heads were leaking, requiring someone from maintenance who came over but left behind used towels on the floor and a box of AA and AAA batteries. "We had an awesome vacation in South Lake Tahoe. We had a two bedroom villa and it exceeded expectations. It was spacious and comfortable for my family. The location was convenient and the Marriott property had a ton of amenities surrounding it including a heated pool and video game den. "Great and clean house in a quiet neighborhood about 15-20 min drive to the city. We enjoyed our stay and liked the layout with the living room and kitchen/dining room on main floor, game room on the bottom floor and top floor had all the bedrooms. We also had a moment where hot water didn’t work and they promptly responded and sent someone over to get it checked the next day even though the hot water came back on in a few hours and was mainly the boiler taking a little longer to heat it up...
