"We just finished our 2nd stay at Sweet Cove and it was as equally amazing as the 1st visit last February. The house is well appointed, clean and as pictured. The view is sublime. What is hard to see in the pictures are all the different 'spots' to hang out whether it's inside the house, the hot tub, the yard, beach or bluff. We will be back again!!!"

"The location of the property is great with easy access to the Avenue of the Giants, local market, gas station, freeway, etc. The property is very clean, kitchen is well equipped, and the owner, Marisa, is very responsive to our needs and queries. She even generously provided us with free range organic eggs. I would highly recommend this property to my friends or anyone."

"Beautiful views from both bedrooms and living space. Enjoyed coming back to a beautiful place after a day of sightseeing and beach walking. The only complaint was no coffee in the beach house. We stopped by for a few groceries on the way, didn't pick up coffee as all places we've stayed in the past had complimentary coffee for the coffee maker. But all in all, was a fun filled week!"

"The house was beautiful, spacious and clean! The views from the deck were gorgeous. It is a beautifully stunning area. Highlights other than the house were Black Sand Beach, Needle Point, and the local brewery. I would definitely recommend this house."

"Situated on a beautiful piece of nature, this was calming and restful. The interior was clean and with lovely decorator touches. I found it perfectly functional with elegant simplicity - kind of like a Scandinavian Zen with all the nice wood tones. The home is also along the route to Shelter Cove which was a beautiful if windy drive and sweet destination (make sure to eat at Gyppos), not far from Avenue of the Giants to the North and all manner of lovely parks to the south with swimming holes...

"My family and I, plus my mom, my sister, and my nephew all stayed here. It was great. I loved how easily we could see the ocean and my kids loved watching the planes come in and leave. The coast wasn’t far away, tide pooling was GORGEOUS!! I saw stuff I’ve never had the opportunity to really see before and it was miraculous. We went tide pooling at least 3 or 4 times over the 5 days we were there. The only negative thing I have to say is the drive into Shelter Cove. Please be aware to use your...

"When we got to the property we were in a room on the 3rd floor, which we could not navigate well. We called the host and they changed our room to ground floor, even with an upgrade! It was a wonderful room and an amazing location, right on the ocean!!!! Beautiful property, we did not want to leave!"
