While property was very clean we gave 3 stars due to very bad odor when we arrived, it was fine after we opened some windows and aired it out. Be prepared for very low to the ground beds. Breakfast in the kitchen was amazing due to the views!!!. Rules and instuctions were very clear and fyi there is a grocery store across the street if you need anything. "We loved this place! We had the benefit of being the first renters and most everything seemed new. This was our first time seeing the Northern California coast and this place didn’t disappoint. We were just a short drive to restaurants and the general store and within walking distance to a breathtaking section of the coast. Come here to relax, eat good food, and watch some killer sunsets. Even our dog couldn’t help but unwind with some long naps!"

"There is a strong sulfur smell in the water, to the point that we chose to head into town to purchase drinking water and to shower after we got home. The check in book claims it is harmless, but we couldn't get past the smell."
