"Amazing! Service was excellent in all interactions. Diego handled our check in with ease and delivered our bags to our room. He provided a hot towel and refreshing hibiscus ice tea, which were welcome after a day of traveling. Food and drinks at the microbrewery and in the restaurant were excellent. Presentation was always 5 stars. Our room was spacious and private as described, with a large wrap around balcony. The balcony soaking tub was spectacular and, as this area is covered, we were able to enjoy even when it rained. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. We booked a couples hot stone massage and left that fully relaxed. Thank you to Gloria and Maggi. We were within easy driving distance to town and local attractions. Parking was secure. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Monteverde. "

"The property is glorious nestled in a tropical rainforest. We enjoyed exploring the trails out to the waterfall and Ceiba tree. Amazing surroundings, excellent dining, perfect on-site hot springs to enjoy on demand. In addition to this, we were supported by the hotel team to help us with some rental car trouble while we were there. They went out of their way to assist us, implement a quick repair and got us on our way! Without this dedication to their guests our whole vacation could have been ruined. "A MUST experience. Staying in the treehouse is unique without giving up comfort, the surrounding area is lush and filled with wildlife, the restaurant serves good food. Doing the afternoon tour with Victor was great, especially his knowledge of plants, animals, birds and love of gardening for the restaurant."

The hotel staff are wonderful and extremely helpful in planning outings and tours. The food at the restaurant is fresh and delicious. "The house is perfect for a family, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It was amazing to get up in the morning, have a coffee and sit outside. The view is vast and you can see far and wide. My one wish was ro see a toucan which we did a few days before we left. It was in a tree in the back yard and waited for us to get the perfect picture before he flew away. We also saw geckos which make some really weird noises but they kept all the bugs out of the house. The property is quite far from town so we needed to get a taxi when we wanted to get to town. The property managers were amazing and extremely helpful. I need to work on my spanish, but google translate was helpful in a pinch. We did several tours and enjoyed them all The pool at the house was wonderful and kept us cool and refreshed. Special thanks to Piet, he was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. The chef at the house was a great way to celebrate Christmas the food was delicious. The people in Costa Rica are wonderful and the fruit is massive and fresh."
