"Amazing! Service was excellent in all interactions. Diego handled our check in with ease and delivered our bags to our room. He provided a hot towel and refreshing hibiscus ice tea, which were welcome after a day of traveling. Food and drinks at the microbrewery and in the restaurant were excellent. Presentation was always 5 stars. Our room was spacious and private as described, with a large wrap around balcony. The balcony soaking tub was spectacular and, as this area is covered, we were able to enjoy even when it rained. Room service and housekeeping were excellent. We booked a couples hot stone massage and left that fully relaxed. Thank you to Gloria and Maggi. We were within easy driving distance to town and local attractions. Parking was secure. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if visiting Monteverde. "

"The property is glorious nestled in a tropical rainforest. We enjoyed exploring the trails out to the waterfall and Ceiba tree. Amazing surroundings, excellent dining, perfect on-site hot springs to enjoy on demand. In addition to this, we were supported by the hotel team to help us with some rental car trouble while we were there. They went out of their way to assist us, implement a quick repair and got us on our way! Without this dedication to their guests our whole vacation could have been ruined. "A MUST experience. Staying in the treehouse is unique without giving up comfort, the surrounding area is lush and filled with wildlife, the restaurant serves good food. Doing the afternoon tour with Victor was great, especially his knowledge of plants, animals, birds and love of gardening for the restaurant."

The hotel staff are wonderful and extremely helpful in planning outings and tours. The food at the restaurant is fresh and delicious.
