"Room was ok. Dimly lit and somewhat dated. Room was not cleaned daily. Pool area is very nice. "

"Great stay! Comfortable, plenty of room and no neighbor noise. Last morning however there was no hot water. Only option we were given was to shower in another room. With an hour before checkout and being half packed we would have appreciated more time not another inconvenience. "

"I really enjoyed the spaciousness and loved our private patio. I think the only things I would change would be to add a light over the Keurig/microwave cubby, and if a renovation was ever in line, it would be nice to have a sink separate from the bathroom to fill water bottles, wash fruit etc."

"Stayed here as an airport hotel. Quiet clean and good breakfast. Only letdown was the mattress - room 242. Was very saggy and a few years past due for replacement. Test the mattress before you unpack as I'm sure some rooms are better. $20 taxi fare to airport."

"Front Desk Staff ,Jeffery, was very helpful and pleasant. Location is great with a large park across the street. Price for Scottsdale was wonderful. However, the room itself: couch had stains and the shower wasn't operating properly. The stains were questionable so we turn the cushions upside down and it looked much better. The shower plumbing needs some work as more water seems to come out the bath spout than out the shower head. "

"Stayed here many times before. This time the front desk clerk was rude and I told her I didn't appreciate it. The tv and phone didn't work, maintenance never showed,bugs and clump of dark hair in the bathroom (We both have white hair), pool not open, and ice machine didn't work. Won't be staying here again. I heard it's under new management and it's a shame."
