"We were nervous because our flight was delayed by four hours, so we were due to arrive at the hotel at four in the morning. Technically their cut off is 2 AM. We called to let them know we would be late. The girl we talked to was “pretty sure” they would hold our room. It did cause some anxiety, not being sure, but when we landed at the airport and called, they said we could absolutely have our room and because it was after 4 AM the shuttle would pick us up. The only thing that would’ve been better is if we had known for sure they would hold our room. Needing to get a good night sleep, it was great that they had blackout shades and everything was quiet. The room was clean and well appointed."
