"It's a very unique cute inn; very comfortable staying here. I just enjoyed being in a more boutique surrounding rather than in a big hotel. It's walkable distance to shops and restaurants - very convenient. The manager Jim is so nice, very polite and personable. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Condo is comfortable, clean and in a safe neighborhood. so close to everything, Old Town, freeway, Scottsdale Road, walking park. We have stayed here twice and will be back again. Gated community at night and very quiet. Community grille, pool and gym. Beds are comfortable. Manager is very accessible and easy to work with. Great value for the money."

"Our week in Phoenix was a disaster...golf gaga me rained out, and then all of baseball cancelled! Thankfully we were staying at the Yavapai House. The place is incredibly clean, well appointed and provisioned, with the most comfortable beds I’ve encountered in a VRBO or AirBnB. We had plenty of room in the house as well as the backyard to hang, and the massage chairs were a hit. We will definitely rent again once baseball is back on!"
