"We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay in this quiet desert retreat. The place was spotless, and we found every amenity we might need for a studio stay. We loved the many seating areas, shared courtyard, and enjoyed watching the birds from the back deck. Frederika is a thoughtful host, and it’s obvious she has made the extra effort to make the studio a comfortable getaway. We loved it so much we ended up booking 2 more stays during our time in Tucson! "

"Studio was a comfortable stay. New to the area, & was not aware of location until we arrived. We have a son in the area who was worried for our safety, but we didn’t experience any troubles. Reason for his concern: Homeless activity was much more of a concern a few months back, but several businesses closed down & area has seen a shift in some of the homeless population. "The simple studio apartment in Green Valley suited our needs as we were visiting family over the holidays and wanted our own place. We liked the quiet neighborhood location with nice walking and biking opportunities right from the front door. We especially enjoyed access to the community hot tub. We will plan to visit again!"
