Damselfly Studio. Contemporary, comfortable retreat with gorgeous views near SNP

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (49)
"We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay in this quiet desert retreat. The place was spotless, and we found every amenity we might need for a studio stay. We loved the many seating areas, shared courtyard, and enjoyed watching the birds from the back deck. Frederika is a thoughtful host, and it’s obvious she has made the extra effort to make the studio a comfortable getaway. We loved it so much we ended up booking 2 more stays during our time in Tucson! "

Private studio & yard in the middle of everything!

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (13)
"Studio was a comfortable stay. New to the area, & was not aware of location until we arrived. We have a son in the area who was worried for our safety, but we didn’t experience any troubles. Reason for his concern: Homeless activity was much more of a concern a few months back, but several businesses closed down & area has seen a shift in some of the homeless population. Fencing on property made us feel more private as well. Would have rated accommodations higher had the bathroom window had a...

Featured in Sunset Magazine, Copper House is one of a kind

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (104)
"This is a cute and clever property in the heart of the city, perfect for the exploration of Tucson. We very much enjoyed it. Several observations: (1) Security is a must; this is not a "sketchy" neighborhood, but it is clear that neighbors invest in security. The locks to enter Casa are not easy to manipulate, especially when it is dark. (2) Several dishes stacked in the cupboard were frankly dirty; we had to rewash many. (3) There were no facial tissues but one roll of TP; we purchased more....

Private Southwestern Style Casita with Lush & Fully fenced Lush Yard**

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (136)
"We had a good stay at Taylor and Yuko's place. They were friendly (over text) and flexible on check-in time as well. The outdoor area is great.Note that this casita is one of two rental properties on the same lot. Each has its own outdoor space.A couple of things that could have been improved:1) A small shelf in the shower would have made it easier to place toiletries in there. This is especially good for guests (like me) with mobility issues, since it removes the need to keep bending up and...
