"As per the listing, this property is not 2 minutes from State Farm Stadium, it is 30 minute walk to the stadium and 15-20 min walk to most restaurants. Otherwise as advertised. Floors could have been cleaner, walk around in your socks for an hour and they looked like you were walking around outside. The rest of the place was neat and tidy."

"The property was just as described. We were in AZ primarily to watch spring training for baseball - what we were looking for was primarily a place to sleep. It was less than a 10 minute drive to Camelback Ranch and close to plenty of restaurants.The only negative - and a small one at that - was that ESPN was not available. So we just choose places to eat where we could watch the basketball games and golf highlights of the Players Tournament. "
