"Our room on the third floor was in a 29 year old motel that has been moderately maintained. It was spacious with dated furniture. The plumbing, A/C, and lighting worked well. The location was great, and it was very quiet. The ever-present cockroaches mainly stayed in the kitchen and bath. We did not use the scarcely supplied kitchen, but restaurants were abundant near the unit. Overall, it was an adequate unit for the price paid. "

"As soon as I walked into the building you could smell cigarette smoke & strong cologne like scents to cover up the smell. Elevator was dirty the 3 nights I was there. I didn't even want to touch the buttons. It was easy to get into the building & the room with a key pad. The bedroom smell was worse compared to the hallway. "We were pretty desperate to find a place to stay and found this one. It met our expectations given the price point. The information regarding the possibility of other guests smoking was accurate and it was a bit smelly upon entering the building but it was clean and the staff was very nice. Easy check in process. Very clear. We ran our air conditioning pretty cold the whole time to help with any possible odors. It seemed to work and we enjoyed the stay."
