"Very nice location and the apartment was also very nice. My problem with this rental is that its not a hotel and its being rented through hotels.com and they dont explain that at booking. I arrived with no idea of how to get in. They send you into an alley to get the key which isnt ideal at night in an area you dont know. Cold shower everyday except last when I let it run for 45 minutes before it got warm. I cant imagine the wasted water in this building. Floor was sticky in front of patio door...

"The area is just fine exactly what I needed. The apartment is okay wish there was a TV in the room, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest either. The futon is so uncomfortable. My only hiccup was my last night where I had to SLEEP IN MY CAR because of the main building door being jammed. This is was around 2am!!! It's obvious whomever is running this isn't near the property. I didn't get until 6:30am where there was a rock in between the doors. Never again but thanks anyways. "

"This rental is in a very convenient location and has great potential to be a 5 star property. It was more than adequate for our two night stay. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The baths and kitchen were clean. The white sofa and two white chairs were badly in need of cleaning. There were no extra blankets, towels or facecloths. There were no kitchen towels. Every VRBO I’ve ever stayed in has coffee, tea, basic seasonings. There was nothing here. "

"Our family couldn’t get together for Christmas so it was decided to take a late Christmas and head to Phoenix from Canada and escape the cold. This property was just what we needed! Plenty of room, plenty of activities and the kids never left the pool. The area was great, just a quick drive in any direction and there was plenty to do! Martha was amazing to deal with, she always replied immediately to anything we needed! Thanks again!"
