"We didnt get to stay Hotels.com. they stopped doing accommodation in September 2020 and you did not tell us. What kind of business are you operating? Luckily i tried to pay & couldnt so i rang the hotel & they told me. You shoukd be ashamed of yourselves, happy to take the money with no thought for your customers.
