Excellent staff, very friendly couldn't do enough. Dinner was incredible, upgraded room, great views onto the quayside. Swimming pool and sauna great facilities.

Suppose to be an upgrade? The bed spread was stained. The bed looked like someone had just slept in it. The carpet was dirty. On a night time the fan kept going all night so noisy. I did complain to the receptionist and he did make a note. I've never had a problem with this hotel and this is the first time I've had to complain. Not impressed at all. Hope it picks up or myself and my work colleagues will be looking elsewhere

Our room was ready on arrival (before the 2.30 check-in time too). We upgraded to a Quay View Room which was great. Really big room and a good view. Small fridge was handy. We were given complimentary drinks vouchers when we checked-in as a celebration for my birthday. This was really appreciated. We never used the spa at all and only had drinks in the bar area - no meals at all. Parking was easy and cost £6.50 per night. The only small issue was the hot water in the shower, which wasn't overly hot. We have stayed here before and would recommend!

Was entitled to a free beverage each but this did not happen. Not sure if we were given an upgrade. It certainly wasn’t mentioned. The traffic noise was awful but thankfully we had brought ear plugs. Being on the Tay Bridge side of the building, I’d say they are essential. Had drinks in the bar area and the service was really slow.

Good hotel with a lot of things going for it - great position, good facilities - but food let it down a bit. Strange flavour combinations and a lot of items smothered in dressings.
