"Just the cutest little spot! I found myself wishing I had longer to stay. It was just me and the space was wonderful but it would be comfortable for a couple or two friends or a parent/child. "Excellent private river view location, the sound of the river floats in through the doors for a wonderful intoxicating invitation to soak up the nature that surrounds the property. At night the stars light up the sky and the view from the master bedroom is breathtaking. Enjoyable stay for everyone."

"John’s place was beyond what we could have imagined. when we first arrived, there were deer lounging in the backyard. The house itself was very cozy with plenty of space to spread out when needed. The fireplace and windows are spectacular! I wish we had more time to be physically hanging out in the house, but for the short time we were able to be there, it was a very relaxing retreat."

"We go to Fairoaks/folsom area twice a year to visit with family. This house is amazing, clean, quiet neighborhood. Yvonne was a great host. Also we had to cancel 3 weeks ago due to brush fire close to my house and Yvonne was very considerate that she let us change our stay without extra charge. We are planning to stay in this house 2-3x/year and will book our next stay in February. "

We didn’t know that the family would be home (that was probably my fault for missing something in the description).
