"A perfect quiet beach with delicious restaurant and bar within its borders. The grocery store made shopping convenient. Close to the bioluminescent and ATV activities. The pool at the property was great. The host was easy to contact when I had questions. I recommend this property "

"Lisa was awesome to communicate with. She was very responsive and provided us with excellent suggestions. As others have indicated, the beach is very close. It is a fabulous beach. The unit is as advertised. The pool was delightful After a day of adventuring it was great to get into the pool and relax. Although on a couple of evenings the neighbours next door were loud. The unit was well equipped with lots of amenities - including some great beach chairs. Special thanks to Jeff, Lindsey and especially Lisa for making our anniversary so special."

"From start to finish I was impressed with everything. From the cleanliness of the home to the responsiveness of the hosts, not to mention the beautiful property and only being a 2 minute walk to the beach. I would certainly stay here again during my next visit to the Nicoya Peninsula"

"Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. I had messaged the host double checking there would be TP, soap & basic cleaning supplies (after seeing a previous review). He responded right away saying it'd all be there but there was no extra toilet paper, and after a couple days with 7 people, we ran out and had to supply our own. There also wasn't laundry soap or a can opener. Just a few things that made our time there a little more difficult. After multiple messages, the management company finally brought us soap & toilet paper, but it was 2 hours before we checked out. The wifi also went out for the last 3 days we were there, and it didn't seem like anyone was coming to check it out. Again, the host responded quickly to every email but the management company (who was in charge of fixing things) didn't respond. We enjoyed the home & its facilities, but if you run into any issues or things you need, it's likely that it will take multiple days for those issues to be resolved. In the future I'd stay at a different place but still stay at Los Delfines."

"Amazing place with lots of room and a beautiful beach. Would recommend. Just a few communication issues around checking in and internet instructions. If you have whatsapp text them in advance and it should be smoother with the language barrier."

"This the 3rd time we have stayed at this villa. The villa was excellent for our family who visited at different times over the 3 months. Great neighbors over this time and the Los Delfines area offers lots of great choices for activities. There is a lot of development occurring so construction activity is constant. On-site dining is limited to El Rancho which is good and very amenable for owners and guests. Property management is professional and timely with responsive to any questions or issues within their control."
