"We booked for two nights via the hotels App, but things came up and could only stay for one night. We were told we will still be charged for two nights. Later found out I got charged on wifi and had to call Bonvoy to cancel the charge. We were not informed to provide Marriott Bonvoy membership to use WIFI, but were only told hotel WIFI has no password. "
