"The hotel experience was great. Guest services were professional and helpful The amenities were good. I will say that the concerns I had were with the faucet and piping in the bathroom. The piping looked to be constructed that was not flush against the wall. The other issue I had was with the carbon monoxide alarm which glowed green and interrupted my sleep during the evening. I adjusted and wore a sleep mask."

"I was pleasantly surprised, as some of the recent reviews on here described less than ideal cleanliness and other issues. My room, although somewhat small, compared to other hotels was clean and everything worked as it should (including plenty of hot water in the shower - the shower did leak some onto the bathroom floor even with the shower door closed for some reason). The view from my 10th floor window was of city hall which was cool! The Convention Center is 100 feet or so away, so super...
