"The property had no idea I was Expedia gold. I had to tell them I was supposed to receive an upgrade etc. This didn’t show on their system so be sure to save this info to prove to them your benefits. They said it just shows Expedia but no status. "

"I wasn't expecting the club room to be quite so small, HOWEVER, the design of the room and especially the square shower, created a feeling of space and comfort. I came to appreciate it quickly. And the bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff friendly, and the 24-hour coffee/latte/espresso and cold water dispenser all over are great."

"Everything was good and all the staff I personally dealt with were courteous and helpful. The issue we felt was lack of proper staffing (valet, check in, bar/restaurant during peak hours for such a large event (dance competition and convention). My travel mates ordered food to go from the bar on Friday evening (2 salads). It took about 45 minutes to receive the boxes-only to get up to the room to discover they had not been given any utensils. When one of them started to go back down to get the forks, the other diner (luckily) noticed that neither of them had been given any salad dressing either. When she approached the waitress that had helped them, she pointed out that they didn’t get their utensils or salad dressing. The waitress said “I didn’t pack the order……..“ I’m sure it was a long shift for her, but a simple, “Oh! I’m sorry!” goes a long way in these situations. "
