What I did not like about the property was the shower door how it was only half a door and it moved causing the water always to go all over the floor. Constantly needing new towels everyday cuz your cow's saturated from the water. Other than that everything was great

We were never told nor was it displayed anywhere that housekeeping was every other day. No vacuum, towels, or trash emptied for over 2.5 days. I had to go to front desk to request new towels and that's when they told me that housekeeping was every other day. Also, first day there I reported to the front desk that the toilet seat was broken in the room. That also took a day and a half to replace. Other than that, the staff at the Breakfast and the Valet people were awesome!

I love the location of this place, but there were a few hiccups at my stay. The room was not available after a long drive and ready to check in by 3 PM. It took about two hours for us to get into our room. Our room was amazing and had a great view, And I love the Idea of a home away from home. The breakfast, Although free, was not great. I honestly would rather a curated menu with delicious food to pay for. Staff were friendly , valet was amazing, and I would stay here again, but I would not eat the breakfast.

Great stay at the Residence Inn. Room on 17th floor was quiet and had a spectacular view of downtown Philadelphia. Super comfy bed. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Gave us water upon checkin, again when we returned from show, checked our bags next morning while we went to the Mummer's Parade. Breakfast was excellent and dining staff were also friendly and accommodating.

Staff is excellent. Old building but you wouldn't know if because it is nicely done. Mattress in the pillow bed was absolutely TERRIBLE. no paying just springs. Didn't get a chance to t tell staff because we were in a rush to get to parade but will be contacting them. Also previous occupants of our room left a box of dumplings in the freezer I guess was missed by cleaning? Staff is wonderful though!
