Easy check in and check out, clean hotel, staff was friendly. I docked it one star as the bar never seemed opened, i wanted an evening drink during some down time. I also wished their could have been more breakfast options such as muffins or scones.

Nice hotel at a very good price and in a good location close to Christmas Market, and theater district. They had our room ready when we arrived at 12:30 and let us check in early and even gave us an upgrade. They also let us leave our luggage in the room when we were checking out for an extra hour. The breakfast was very good that was included. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient to the Christmas Village and Macys during the holidays. The room was very clean with a kitchen and appliances. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get into our room very early since we arrived to the airport at 9am. We were also given a late check out while we wait for our departure flight. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room at the front desk whose name unfortunately do not remember was incredibly helpful to me and my roommate. For various reasons we had booked two different rooms on consecutive nights and she was able to get us into the same room for all the nights of our stay. The hotel is an incredibly easy walk to both the Pennsylvania convention Center and the Reading Terminal Market. I wholeheartedly recommend checking out that market.

The room included a kitchen which was useful, but what really makes this place shine is the service!! Front desk staff are all AMAZING and so helpful and flexible. Would definitely stay again when in town

Nice space for a business trip. Having the 2nd floor lounge is great. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I stayed one night at the Residence Inn and then two nights next door at the Notary (for a work event). The Residence Inn was the better experience of the two.
