"Let me just start off by saying everything about this property was perfect, EXCEPT for the shower. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was one of the best we have ever had. It was sooo affordable for the area. The room was clean and spacious. SO the shower. A lot of soap scum and mildew. Along with a few hairs unfortunately. The shower head was awful, but now iā€™m just being picky and itā€™s pretty typical for hotels. We would definitely stay here again tho, we will just bring some cleaning...

"Room was clean and lots of space. Only stayed one night, but my kids loved it. Only complaints: - beds were really soft, as were the pillows. I think they need a refresh. - pool was COLD! Could not make use of it (so keep that in mind if that's a deal breaker for your kids)"

"Wonderful stay. Place was clean, comfortable and the staff and customer service was excellent and kind. The actual room had faulty faucet on the sink and toilet paper holder as well. I informed the front desk of such as well gave a recommendation to place small shelf on the standing showerā€™s wall so toiletries could be placed there for easy access. She took a note and said she would give it to maintenance. I did feel safe and appreciated. Also, I loved the breakfast options and it was convenient...

"The staff was great! The property was clean and in a convenient location along with many shopping and restaurants nearby. The thing I did not like about my stay there was the noise as the walls are thin and you can basically hear everything next to you and on top of you. The doors closing are very loud also. People do not have the consideration to close their door slowly which we did and it makes a big difference when people are resting and it is late. Thank you, Manuel Santiago "
