"Very nice Hotel our Room 3857 fallsview needed to bee clean better my kids found a cigarette butts under one bed we found a dirty socks under the next bed we found hair in the bed some parts of the room was dusty overall we didn't let it mess up our vacations when we go on vacation we usually take the first one and a half hour and clean the room top to bottom everything the kids touch get clean door, windows, walls, floors, beds,washrooms,tv,phone,chairs you get were am going with this."

"We really enjoyed the hotel. Loved the very unique set up of the hotel because it is in the tower. The shape of the room was great and loved the floor to ceiling windows and view. The bathroom was beautiful as well. "

First Time in Buffalo

"I really enjoyed my stay. The only complaint is that I couldn't get the room cold enough, which is more of a me problem. The cleaning staff was super friendly and helpful. Out of my time there for the week I would say I came across 6 front desk employees and out of those 6 only 2 of them had great customer service. That would be my only complaint because your front desk are the first and last people that your guest come in contact with. "
