"I thought overall the experience was wonderful. I didn’t give it 5 stars due to the food affordability and the pricing not consistent with the quality at some restaurants. Carmines was horrible but the steakhouse was excellent. I felt it also lacked a variety of entertainment for the evening. "

"Overall a nice trip to the Cove. Check in was a bit of a hassle we didn’t get in our room until after 4 pm, and to get that I had to go to the front desk several times. Heat in our room didn’t work. Other than that everything was nice, great property and staff is friendly."

"This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."

"The hotel grounds and landscaping are indeed very impressive. Lots of family oriented activities and attractions all around. The beach is also very impressive (we liked the Cove beach the best for our little ones). Solid 5 stars for that. Our room (#4401) was average at best. The bathroom tub was also clogged. Nothing special there. Dining is a very tricky component here. For the restaurants that require reservations, we tried Carmine’s, Silan, and Bimini road. We were overall satisfied with...

"I liked the resorts. I did not like the restaurant fish by Andres at the cove . This restaurant tried to charge my husband's credit card twice. We went to the manager who told that accounting did it which we pointed out was untrue as a member of the staff had to initiate the credit card charges. Daddy s went by and the erroneous pending charge was not fixed. My husband had to call his bank and place a fraud alert on his credit card account and dispute the pending charge."

"The property is clean and well kept. This is our 2nd time in 2 years and both times our views from room. were not good. This time waiting 4 hours for a room and it looked at the parking lot. The pool area is nice and very quiet. There is no extras or any over the top service. "
