"Everything was very clean and comfortable. AC worked very well. Bed was comfortable. The pillows were a bit too fluffy but we found some that were comfortable. Fridge was nice and big, stove, oven, coffee maker, microwave worked well, and seemed brand new. We had all the necessities that we needed and then some (minus shampoo and conditioner) but we were able to pick some up. "The fact that our initial room was completely different than pictured was just a start. We have used HomeAway many, many times with “exceeded expectation” results but this one was a let down. "This was my second time back to the beautiful island, I love it there and will be going back. My only complaint would be due you covid and being under staffed the property is not fully operational. I think there needs to be more posting up of what is open, blocked off, available and so on posted for the visitors. That would make things a little easier as you walk around the property."
