Welcome to Paradise! This two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is a stone's throw from Atlantis, the gem of Paradise Island, only a short taxi cab ride away from the Nassau Airport. 9A is a second floor villa accessible with an exterior stairs. Inside it is all one level and has a balcony overlooking the pool and ocean.
Please note if your time is not available or you wish more space we have 2 additional villas at Sunrise Beach Resort 1 other 2 bedrooms # 361431and 1 3 bedrooms # 1290 all on VRBO. Please message if needed.

This Villa has been renovated and has Tropical style furnishings. The two bedrooms both have very comfortable memory foam beds, premium linens and smart TVs. The master bedroom has a King size bed and the second room has two Single beds which can be put together to form a King size bed if desired.
The living area comfortable furniture, with pull out sofa bed, smart TV -including Cable for sports fans.

For those who want to cook the unit is complete with a fully equipped, updated kitchen and an outdoor grill (propane is provided). Groceries are readily accessible with a grocery store a ten minute walk away for your basic necessities and for a more elaborate selection; the Fresh Mart is a quick taxi ride to the other side of the bridge or you can use the online grocery delivery service. To eat out - there are many restaurants within walking distance.

Onsite you have Viola’s, which provides meals, bar service and live entertainment (including karaoke).
The world renowned Atlantis Resort is a short stroll down Casino Drive with access to the casino, restaurants, marina village and shops. Daily passes for the waterpark and aquarium are available for purchase at Atlantis, or online. There is a wonderful comedy club at Atlantis.

For your convenience, this villa has a central air conditioning system and supplemental ductless systems for optimal comfort. Laundry access is provided in home. Your by beach is under 60 seconds away with powdery sand along a turquoise ocean. Please reserve today. We look forward to providing true Bahamian Hospitality!

Perfect Bahamas vacation
Sunrise Beach Villas was a perfect spot. Very peaceful and relaxing and super easy walk to Atlantis. Onsite Violas was great too! Villa was comfortable for 4 people.

Perfect location
We had a great stay! The condo was as described - clean, well-appointed, and with a spectacular view. We thought the location was perfect - short walk to Atlantis and Marina Village but it was lovely to not have to fight the crowds at the pools and the beach. The new in-unit washer and dryer were another fantastic convenience. John was super responsive and so helpful with any question or request.

Great location on Paradise island, responsive host
The condo is in a great location, right off the beach and was well furnished. The host provided detailed information for the stay and was very responsive to inquiries leading up to and during our trip. Parking was available, allowing us to use a rental car. We would definitely book again if returning to the Bahamas.

Amazing villa
Amazing location, amazing villa and extremly well orgainzed and equipment with everything anyone may need. The ownwer has thought of everything. Bring your food and drinks and enjoy, or eat at violas steps out the door. Amazing ocean views, pool and beach at your back door. We travel frequently and highly recommend this villa.

Very comfortable set up. Beautiful view of the ocean from the front window and porch. Nice pool(s) and beach. Lots of steps which I did at age 83 but they are there to the unit and to the beach. Violas was good, friendly restaurant, though sometimes slow. Taxis available easily. Everything in Paradise Island is expensive because of 15% plus 10% and maybe even a small tip. Enjoy!

Our stay here was absolutely lovely. Comfortable accommodations, conveniently located directly on the beach with pools. The owner was great to work with and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back!

Lovely villa

Had a wonderful time there with the family. Perfect beach steps from the door. Good restaurant downstairs. Close to Atlantis (booked Comfort Inn for a night to enjoy a couple days there at the water park). John was a great host; very responsive. Condo had everything we needed.

The view was amazing from the patio deck. The sounds of the Waves crashing while reading was tremendous. Close enough to everything yet far enough from the crowds. Violas bar amd grill was a pleaseant surpise being on the property and saturdays DJ was fantastic! Thank you for sharing your place.

If you are looking to stay on Paradise Island, look no further! John was an amazing host and super responsive to our questions and need. It is so quiet here and the beach and shade from the line of trees is what really attracted us to this place. Several good restaurants within walking distance and Viola’s was very delicious and reasonably priced. If we decide to visit PI again, we won’t book any other place but this villa!

Long Enjoyable Stay
The apartment is spacious and spotless and the resort is a great place to stay. Although there is always something going on at the onsite bar/restaurant the overall atmosphere is relaxing. The owner is responsive and accommodating to requests. The view over the pool and beach is amazing and having direct access to the beach is fantastic. It is possible to walk to the attractions on the island so this makes it terrific value for money.

Easy access to the main area without being in the middle of the crowds. Very nice pool area - never crowded. Great views of the ocean from 9A. Best part of Cabbage beach as there is always shade even in the heat of the day. The ocean was very temperate. John was a wonderful host and very accommodating. We would definitely come back.

We had a great week at Sunrise Beach Club. Great beach access, cute and reasonably priced restaurant/bar onsite, and excellent communication with the host. The villa is well stocked with everything we needed. It is an upstairs unit which wasn’t a problem, I just didn’t realize it until we arrived.

Great location and perfect for families!
Our family of 5 stayed in 9A Sunrise Condo for three nights after 4 nights at Atlantis. It was the perfect way to end our Bahamas trip by getting away from the people at Atlantis and enjoying a quiet, relaxing three days on the beach. The location was perfect with access to a beautiful, not crowded beach, a nice pool, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Having Violas restaurant on site was a great added bonus. The condo itself had plenty of room for our family and all the amenities needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for other families.
