"My check-in process went professionally and smoothly. But then I was told that they REQUIRE an additional $100 damage deposit to stay there, that will be refund upon my departure (hasn't been so far). They also had a very detailed four paragraph "contract" that I had to initial each paragraph and then sign the final document. Very unusual in my travels."

"Nice rooms with top to bottom windows and I had a really nice view of the mountains. Staff was very nice. Room wad clean, beds were comfy. I just wish they offered late checkout options. I was willing to pay a little extra for some extra Zzzzz"s but they are very strict about checkout and only offered a second night stay if I wanted a couple extra hours, which I needed after a long fun night in the casino. Lol "

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most...
