"Me and my employees had a very nice stay at this establishment. The rooms were huge and beautiful with amazing views. The bathrooms were very large, very clean, very new and luxurious. We ate at the casino sports bar thar was nice and vey clean and convenient. The only negative thing i could say is the sheets and towels were very scratchy, not a big deal. We will be back next week! The price was great!"

"It’s a refurbished old building. A great find in the middle of downtown Chico. Comfortable room and bedding. Great omelet breakfast opportunity. Courteous and attentive staff. No complaints. Didn’t have a car so can’t opine on parking. "

"I usually don’t stay in Oroville when I come to visit family, but since my mother was in the ICU at Oroville Hospital I wanted to be closer. The Villa accepts pets. 20 a night per pet is excessive though. Places on the higher end are usually $10 a night and cap at $50 (if they charge at all). If there is a next time I’ll make sure to bring my pet’s ESA certificate. The place was quiet. The parking lot is mostly enclosed. There were a lot of people wandering around outside, but I feel like most...
