"This property is simply magical and the staff is amazing….so kind, attentive, and happy. Many families have been working at the resort for generations and it shows. We have always been adverse to kids clubs because it felt wrong to send them away inside on a family vacation but my girls, ages 6 and 8, loved it so much. They were wonderful with the kids! They have an activity/craft every hour so for example, they’d make candles at 10 am for an hour while we went to the adult pool, then go back at 3 pm to make piñatas. This resort is a splurge but I would rather stay 3-4 nights here than 8 nights somewhere less expensive. The experience is top notch and worth every penny. "

"Catalina, Caesar, Relando ( shuttle service) Miguel, Italian server, are a true asset to your resort. Beyond kind,gracious, and called us by name each day. Casa Cortez staff, was very polite and explained the menu brilliantly, the food was outstanding. The Italian Restaurant was great, Miguel was a great server, so grateful for him. The resort was clean, housekeeping was good, Bar staff was so friendly. Í will be back. "

"We stayed at Hyatt Place Los Cabos for 3 nights on a quick trip and everything was great! The hotel is safe, quiet, and in a very walkable area. Parking was super easy, which made things even more convenient. Breakfast was included and had a nice variety definitely a plus. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant stay. Would definitely come back for a longer visit next time! "
