"This hotel is adequate but needs quite a few upgrades. The staff is excellent, very accommodating, and friendly. The location is good. The food is mediocre but we are not foodies so this did not matter to us. I left a pair of sandals by the pool which unfortunately was not turned into lost and found. This was a little disappointing. It would be nice if there were a couple of drinks in the fridge and if they replenished the coffee in the room. "

"San Jose del Cabo is by far a superior place to Cabo San Lucas. Less crowded, far less street people harassing you when you walk around town and easier and better access to local restaurants, services, basic shopping like grocery stores, Walmart, etc. On a more personal note, the presentation for signing up with a Vidanta membership would have been much better later in the stay when we had more time to experience the place.
