"The cottages were well spaced apart with plants/shubbery providing added privacy. The showers provided full size hygiene products that were better quality than what we had brought which came in handy since you end up showering more than expected with all of the expeditions available. The only thing that would be an added bonus is if this property had a laundry facility for guests."

"Staff was great and hotel was beautiful. Food was good but could be better. Because we traveled during the holiday busy week, it took us an hr to get to downtown la Fortuna. So, most nights we decided to stay at the hotel for dinner. It would be nice if things stayed open later like the hot springs and kids club, etc. But the service was exceptional. Free laundry machines to wash your clothes and shoe dryer was a bonus! "

"This property was fantastic. It had all the amenities we were looking for. Room was clean with great view. Seemingly endless thermal pools at different temperatures hidden along a path up the hill was incredible. Breakfast in the morning was great. The bonus was the swim up bar that was warm. Many iguanas on the property. Wish we could’ve stayed longer."
